Who counts as a person?
You and anyone you let add and change events, like your partner or a sitter: up to eight, on every plan. The kids, grandma and anyone who only sees the calendar don't count. A family can have up to 40 people in all.
Where do I subscribe?
In the Orla app for iPhone. Download it from the App Store, create your family and pick a plan. Prices here are in US dollars; the App Store shows yours in your local currency.
What happens after the free month?
We remind you two days before it ends. If you don't cancel, Apple charges the plan you picked and renews it each month or year.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the free month ends and you won't be charged. Otherwise you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
